A five days' capacity building of the Facilitators from 48 ALP centers was held in 4 event series from 13 August to 6 September 2018 at Hotel New Indreni, Nepalgunj (1 Event) and River Park International Resort, Chitwan (3 Events) covering 10 districts Banke, Humla, Dolpa, Achham, Bajhang, Doti, Mahottari, Parsa, Bara and Sarlahi. Altogether 87 Facilitators (65 females and 22 males) from 47 CLCs of 34 Municipalities participated in the training. Participants were oriented on child center teaching learning process and integrated learning process of FSP subjects with KSK learning cards. All the facilitators got opportunity to participate in the micro teaching exercises to build up their confidence in using child friendly processes for teaching and learning and also learnt class management techniques in order that they are able to deliver their teaching effectively.
